Owner portal
The call you don't have to take.
“What's my balance?” “Can I get a copy of my statement?” “Is the party room free on the 14th?” Every one of those is a phone call, an interruption and a file lookup — and every one is an owner asking for something they should be able to see themselves.
uptrack gives them their own app, with their own sign-in, showing their own unit. Not a login to yours.
Their unit, and nothing else.
A separate app with a separate sign-in and its own auth guard — an owner account is not a user account on your system, and it never becomes one. They see their own balance and its ageing, their statements, their ledger, and any chargebacks against their unit.
Plus what's addressed to the whole building: notices, events, documents, and the amenities they can book. Nothing about anyone else's unit, ever.

What it deliberately doesn't do.
Owners can see exactly what they owe and download the statement that proves it. They can't pay through the portal, because uptrack records money and never moves it — the ledger is append-only, and a system that doesn't touch your trust account can't get your trust account wrong.
It also isn't a message board. Owners read notices; they don't post. If you want a channel where owners talk to each other, this isn't it, and that's on purpose.
Give the phone a rest.
We'll show you the owner's side and yours, on a real building.
